My name's Stéphane, I am French, and even if I am not already a traveller, I seriously want to become one. A big introduction would be long, boring, useless and haughty, so if you want to know more about me, you can see my other blog (french).

One day, I saw on the RyanAir website a flight with return to London for only ¤30, so the following day I said it to my friend Lassana, and we decided to go to England! But we spend some days to do it, so the tickets were rosen to ¤55 : we bought them. Then we needed somewhere to sleep, so we reserved the hostel for ¤60 the four nights (a kind of hotel, but cheaper and funnier!). Can you do better??

Like a good miser that dislikes to spend money, when we arrived at the Stansted airport (that is far far away of the London center), I did'nt want to buy a train ticket for £15 to go to the city and an underground ticket for 5£ to arrived finnaly in our hostel... so I said Lassana that we were gonna hitchhiking! That we did during 1h30 (one hour passed you don't count anymore) when a car accepted to pick us up!

Our driver was the funniest woman of Great Britain : she had young's glasses, she listened young's music, she drove like a F1 driver, and she was so open-minded and cool ;)

In the movie, Lassana say : "We found a very kind woman who pick us in her car, whereas we were hitchhiking since two hours... two hours!!"
